Terms of Sale and Use

These terms apply when you buy or use a digital product sold on the "Arkady Morozov" store on Whop ("we", "us"). The seller is MAOR BITON, Israel. By completing checkout you agree to these terms.
1. What you buy
You buy one edition of Never Be the One in a Hurry (The Book, The Table Set or The Head of the Table Edition), or the free checklist Before You Sign. Each edition is a set of PDF files listed on the product page. Delivery is an instant download: right after payment you are taken to your download page, you receive a message with the same link in your Whop account and by email, and a copy of the files is in the Files tab of your purchase. The download page stays open for 12 months from the purchase. The PDFs you download may be kept for personal use under the license in section 2. The price is a single payment. It is not a subscription.
2. Your license
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the file and print it for your own use. You may not share, upload, resell, give away or publish the file or any part of it, and you may not use it to train or feed an AI system. We keep all rights we do not give you here.
3. The stories
The stories and examples in the products are there to illustrate the ideas. Names, places and details are for illustration, and any resemblance to real people, companies or events is coincidental.
4. Education and entertainment only
The product shares general ideas about negotiation, money habits and decisions. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. It does not recommend any security, fund, cryptocurrency or other financial product, and it does not promise any income, return or result. Neither Arkady nor the seller is a licensed financial adviser, broker, banker, lawyer or accountant. Before an important financial, legal or tax decision, speak with a qualified professional who knows your situation. You are responsible for your own decisions.
5. Refunds
Refunds follow our Refund Policy, shown on the product page. In short: 30 days, full refund, no questions.
6. Withdrawal right (EU and UK buyers)
Digital content is delivered right after payment. At checkout you agree to immediate delivery and accept that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once you access the content. Our 30-day refund in section 5 still applies.
7. Payments
Whop processes all payments, and Whop's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Your card statement shows Whop or its payment partner. We never see your full card details.
8. Limits of our liability
We provide the product "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with the product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any financial loss from decisions you make. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version shown on the product page on the day you buy applies to your purchase.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
