Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal information the "Arkady Morozov" store on Whop collects and how we use it. The seller is named in our Terms of Sale, contact office@arkadymorozov.com.
What we receive
When you buy, Whop shares with us your name, your email address, what you bought, when, and the amount paid. If you write to us, we also have your messages. Whop processes your payment. We never receive your full card number. Whop's own privacy policy covers the data Whop collects.
What we use it for
- To deliver the product: the download links for the edition you bought.
- To answer your questions and handle refunds.
- To keep the records that tax and accounting rules require.
- To send you an occasional email about new products from Arkady. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services we need to run the store (Whop, and an email service if we send newsletters).
How long we keep it
We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and support messages for up to 24 months. If you unsubscribe from emails, we stop sending them right away.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where the law allows. Write to office@arkadymorozov.com or use the Whop support chat. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.
Do Not Track
Our store runs on Whop, and we do not run our own tracking on it. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals, because we do not track you across other sites.
Children
The product is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top.
