Refund Policy

Sleep on it. Thirty nights.
Arkady does not sign anything on the day he sees it, and you should not have to either. Buy the book, read it, and use it. If within 30 days of your purchase you decide it was not worth the money, write to us and we will refund the full amount. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask for a refund
- Open a request in Whop's Resolution Center for this purchase, reply to your welcome message, or write to office@arkadymorozov.com.
- Include the email address you used at checkout.
- We read every request ourselves and answer within 7 days. There is no automatic refund. If you are within the 30 days and still want your money back, we send the refund through Whop.
Whop returns the money to the card or payment method you used. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up, usually 3 to 7 business days.
Good to know
- The 30 days start on the day of purchase.
- If you receive a refund, we ask you to delete the files. The personal license in our Terms ends with the refund.
- Having trouble downloading the file? Write to us first. That is usually a two-minute fix, and we would rather send you the file than your money back.
- If you bought a bundle or a higher tier, the whole purchase is refunded together.
- This policy is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law in your country.
